London, 2 March 2026: intuitive, a UK-based travel technology company, is marking one year since its acquisition by Banyan Software, during which it has continued to develop its iVector reservation platform, strengthen operational stability and grow its customer base of Tour Operators, OTAs and Wholesalers.

During this time, intuitive have focused on reinforcing stability and deep core functionality within iVector, while building greater flexibility into the platform to ensure customers benefit from tailored solutions to meet their specific business models and technology strategies.

Backed by Banyan’s long-term ownership model, the business benefits from the strategic focus to concentrate fully on developing scalable, feature-rich and flexible reservation technology for Tour Operators and OTAs. This continued backing supports ongoing investment to ensure iVector remains both reliable and capable of supporting customers as their businesses evolve.

As part of this next phase, iVector has moved to a more open and extensible architecture, enabling customers to integrate new tools, automate workflows and adopt AI-driven capabilities with greater speed and agility, while maintaining the stability and performance of its core reservation system.

Supplier connectivity has remained a priority, with an accelerated, increasingly AI-first development approach enabling faster partner onboarding, broader product access and reduced time-to-market. Development of intuitive’s single codebase continues in parallel, ensuring customers benefit from enhancements that support evolving distribution and operational demands.

Cruise capability is also coming to iVector, bringing cruise content, pricing and group allocation management directly into the platform. Designed to address one of the more complex areas of travel technology, this new capability will provide customers with a simpler way to access cruise content and manage quotes and bookings alongside other travel components within a single system.

With a growing customer base and continued investment, intuitive remains focused on combining innovation with stability, giving travel businesses the foundation to adapt with confidence as market demands and technologies continue to evolve.

“With Banyan’s backing, the last year has been about strengthening our foundations while building for what’s next in an exciting new era of rapid AI development. We’re focused on giving travel businesses a platform that combines stability with flexibility, allowing them to benefit from the opportunities AI brings and respond quickly to change.”
