The system is extremely capable and we’ve collaborated on a technical project that takes the best of their technology and overlays the core requirements for our charter business.
At intuitive, we’ve spent over two decades specialising in solving the complex operational challenges travel businesses face every day.
Built for flexibility, our solutions cater for multiple models: from dynamic and fixed packaging to tailor-made and tours. Where traditional systems create barriers, we enable growth.
Whether you’re modernising your tech stack, scaling operations or launching new products, we can help you automate workflows, enhance connectivity and unlock more value from your business.
Modern travel technology built for real-world operations

Outdated or restrictive systems slow you down. intuitive helps you sell more by giving you the flexibility to expand your product range, personalise offers and convert bookings faster – across markets, channels and product types.

Manual processes drain time and resources. intuitive replaces repetitive work with automation, handling itinerary management, content updates and accounting – so your team can focus on what really drives performance.

Connecting to each supplier individually adds cost, delay and complexity. With 400+ integrations written – and more than 200 ready-to-use today, intuitive gets you live faster – with more control and a smoother path to market.
From managing direct contracts and complex inventory to selling fully packaged or highly personalised trips, intuitive adapts to the way your business works, without forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model
The travel industry is ever-evolving. intuitive is built to go beyond the limits of outdated systems – be they legacy, in-house or simply underperforming

With 20+ years in travel tech, we understand how the industry works and we build solutions that reflect it. Every implementation is shaped by real-world insight.

We design technology around what matters most: speed to market, flexibility and control. From packaging to complex itineraries and contracting, our systems support the way you sell travel.

Insights, news, industry reports and more

As the travel industry continues to evolve, many companies are reaching a critical turning point: their reservation systems are no longer fit for purpose.
Why has sourcing and selling accommodation in the post-pandemic world become harder? What are the consequences of not getting it right? We surveyed some of the industry’s leading OTAs and tour operators to find out more.

More and more hotels are requesting that Tour Operators and OTAs connect through Channel Managers to access their dynamic rates and inventory. To simplify the connectivity process, we launched our Channel Manager Kickstarter.
Everything you need to know about intuitive’s reservation technology, from product fit to implementation and AI.
intuitive is a UK based travel technology software solution provider, working with tour operators, online travel agents (OTAs) and B2B wholesalers. With 20 years of experience and travel industry knowledge intuitive work closely with customers to solve operational problems. intuitive’s core products are iVector – an enterprise, API first reservation platform trusted by customers internationally. iVectorOne is a single, fully featured API solution providing accommodation connectivity. DealFinder is intuitive’s caching technology providing near instant search results for travel websites.
intuitive has three core products, each solving a different problem and usable together or independently. iVector is a full end to end reservation system enabling B2C and B2B sales on and offline via multiple channels. iVectorOne solves accommodation connectivity specifically, giving any booking system (not just iVector) a single API to source bedbank, channel manager or contracted accommodation supply. DealFinder solves website search speed, adding near-instant caching to travel website search. A travel business might use all three, or just one to fix a specific problem with easy integration to an existing stack.
The intuitive Universal API is a secure API layer exposing iVector’s capabilities – one of travel’s most comprehensive reservation platforms – giving customers the programmability, agility and extensibility to build for what’s next. It allows customers to extend platform functionality, automate operational processes, connect third-party systems and build new applications on top of iVector – through the standard user interface, fully headlessly, or a mix of both. Live in production today, it’s built to give travel companies genuine speed of development in the AI era – a real foundation for internal tools, automations and AI agents to work with the platform reliably, not a roadmap promise.
intuitive products are built for mid-market to large tour operators, online travel agents (OTAs) and B2B wholesalers selling tailor-made itineraries, dynamic packages, component-only and prepackaged products. These are typically businesses managing the complexity of multiple product types, combining a mix of third-party connectivity with their own contracts and inventory to manage. Travel companies looking to work efficiently, to benefit from a proven core platform they can tailor to suit their business.
iVector runs on a single, unified codebase across all customers, meaning everyone benefits from the same roadmap, reliable updates and fast onboarding rather than fragmented versions. intuitive supports hundreds of live supplier integrations, offers a modular platform where customers select only the components they need and provides an API-first architecture via the Universal API, live in production, giving internal tools and AI agents programmatic access to booking, data, and operations. Onboarding is delivered by staff with operational experience running travel businesses, not only software implementation experience.
intuitive recommends starting with a consultation rather than a feature-by-feature comparison. intuitive’s research found that 60% of travel companies fail to reach a decision after starting a reservation system evaluation, typically because they compare features rather than map the evaluation to their business model. intuitive publishes a buyer’s guide addressing this problem and offers a free consultation to map a company’s business model, product types and growth plans to a combination of iVector, iVectorOne and DealFinder.
Implementation approach varies by product. The full reservation system – iVector- implementation follows a structured, business-first process: discovery of workflows and goals, process alignment, tailored configuration (no generic templates), development of bespoke requirements, role-specific training, go-live support and post-go-live optimization, including a minimum of four weeks of hypercare support after go-live. intuitive draws on 20+ years of migration experience and uses AI tooling to automate data and booking migration. iVector implementation timelines range from approximately six months for more contained projects to 12 months or more for larger, more complex businesses. The accommodation connectivity API – iVectorOne – implementation is simpler and can go live within weeks.
Yes. intuitive’s standard deployment is fully managed on the customer’s behalf, hosted on AWS within a dedicated Virtual Private Cloud, with encrypted storage and geographic redundancy across multiple Availability Zones. intuitive’s infrastructure team handles all hardware provisioning, patching, capacity management and monitoring; customers require only a standard end-user device with a modern browser to access the platform.
intuitive’s position is “now open for AI, automation and what’s next.” intuitive’s Universal API is live in production, exposing platform data, structures and tasks in a structured format so AI tools can work reliably with iVector at scale. intuitive identifies multiple opportunity areas this creates for customers: more tailored and customizable solutions, automation of high-volume manual operational processes, AI-assisted copilot tools for faster team workflows and a foundation for agentic AI running end-to-end workflows. intuitive has recently launched two AI products built on the Universal API, focused specifically on driving efficiency: automated stop sales and bespoke booking journey. intuitive’s internal development process is also AI-augmented, using AI tools across the build pipeline to speed up delivery; every stage remains reviewed and validated by experienced engineers under defined guardrails.
Yes. Bespoke development that extends intuitive’s existing platform and products to meet a customer’s specific business needs is a standard, structured part of intuitive’s project delivery, not an exception — most iVector platform deliveries involve some level of bespoke development. It’s built into the implementation methodology as its own phase, where specifications are agreed, development is planned and delivered to UAT and signed off by the customer before go-live. intuitive’s API-first approach and the Universal API allow intuitive and the customer to develop bespoke workflows together on the same open platform, rather than requiring intuitive alone to build everything. A dedicated team combining business analysis, development and QA resource works alongside customers to scope and prioritize this work, using AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery without compromising review and testing rigour.
