Flexible working
Our working day is 7.5 hours (7 hours on Friday) and office hours are 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on Fridays). We offer the opportunity for people to work flexibly around the core hours between 10am to 3.30pm. Option to work from home up to 3 days per week
Annual leave
Starting at 25 days increasing to 27 days after 2 years service.
Buy or sell leave
Buy or sell up to 5 days of holiday.
On-the-day leave
Up to 3 days a year of your annual leave entitlement.
