Intuitive Systems Delivers Comprehensive Flash-based Prolog Training Module for Turner Construction

Consistent, just-in-time training now available corporate wide for all construction project management software users

MIAMI, Florida. (March, 16, 2009) — Intuitive Systems Corporation, an authorized Meridian Systems Global Reseller serving Florida and Latin America, announced today that Turner Construction Company has launched a company-wide initiative to deliver end-user software training through comprehensive Flash-based videos. The training module was designed for Turner Construction Company and delivered by Intuitive Systems to provide consistent, just-in-time training for TurnerTalk, their customized version of ProjectTalk construction project management software. ProjectTalk provides all the power of Prolog, the industry standard for successful construction project delivery, in an on-demand SaaS environment.

The goal of the year-long initiative was to augment all printed training materials for Prolog Manager with new digital tools that deliver training on Turner policies and best practices in a controlled and consistent manner. Designed for new and experience staff, the easy-to-use, topic-specific training videos enhance Turner’s e-learning catalog and compliments their, live instructor-lead training program. In addition, the video modules allow Turner users to take control of their own training needs by providing anytime access to Prolog training online.

“Our users like the look and feel of the videos, and the interactivity emulates instructor-led training any time or day,” says Christian Calderon, project manager in Turner’s Technology Services Group. “Because the modules empower our users to educate and train themselves, they have drastically reduced the need and costs for onsite instructor-lead training.”

Due to the success of this initial program, Intuitive Systems is working with Turner to add additional training modules for other Turner-specific topics.
